Looking to create system image without Legacy boot

Hello, I am attempting to create a system image of the Lenovo Yoga 920 for deployment of windows 10 enterprise on staff computers.

Here’s the problem: The Yoga 920 doesn’t appear to have any ability to boot in legacy mode, meaning I cannot boot my sysprepped computer to a disk such as Norton Ghost to create the image.

My options in bios settings are severely limited, there is no Legacy option and disabling secure boot does not rectify the issue. There is also no OSVolumes option. In other words, this appears to be a dead end, as there are only 6 or 7 bios settings I can change OVERALL.

What forms of image creation tools exist that do not require you to boot in Legacy mode to complete the process?
