Locked Out of Phone (Android/Google)

Today, my phone vibrated in my pocket, and when I pulled it out, I was presented with a blank white screen instructing me to enter my Google account information to unlock it. I was a bit confused, because when I had checked it an hour earlier, it was normal.

What's worse is that my account information doesn't work. It's invalid.

I would really like to get into my phone sooner rather than later, so if this sub can save me a painful call to customer service, that would be lovely.

A couple points:

  1. My phone is an LG Rebel, purchased from Walmart through Straight Talk, so it doesn't have full functionality. It does not have a SIM card, and some menus and options just don't exist.

  2. I know how to do a factory reset with this phone, but I don't want to because I have a lot of files on it that aren't backed up and aren't on an SD card. I will only do this if there is no other option. I am also worried that if I do reset the phone, I will still have the same problem since it will probably ask me to authenticate with the Google account.

  3. This is the Google account I set up the phone with. I have tried it with both the new and the old password, and neither work.

  4. I cannot change any security settings in my Google account to get around the issue because I have 2FA set up through the phone in question.
