Precision t1500 bios help

Hello everyone, I am currently using a dell precision t1500 with bios version 2.4.0

I'm currently getting an error that state: alert! Previous attempts at booting this system has failed at [system fans] Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system has failed at [keyboard] ....contact sell support blah blah... F1 to resume F2 to enter setup

This happened after I forgot to plug in the system fan and a keyboard, however, those things are now plugged in and the PC is running fine but it's just an annoyance I want to get rids of. So far I have tried reseating the cmos battery, reset the cmos using the jumper, and resetting the bios to default.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of these messages? My bios does not have system event as far as I can see.
