Can the Chromecast 2015( hockey puck looking one) Play video

Its called the Chromecast Audio which is confusing, can it play video like netflix and can i cast video to it.

"nvfbc plugin window" preventing Windows 10 shutdown.

So yeah, the title says it all.. When i try to shut down or restart my PC, I get a screen saying a program is preventing shut down. But I don't know what to do to fix it. Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
