Every time I try to play online games (CS:GO, LoL, Overwatch, Rust, etc) My ping bounces between 50ish (the "normal" ping) and upwards of ~5000 depending on the game. My roommate is on the same wifi so i dont think its an internet issue but rather something wrong with my laptop. When i open task manager and look at network, nothing is going on.

Speedtests usually dont show anything because it only happens when in game. I don't Know if i've given enough info but please let me know if you guys need to know anything else.
