Ryzen 5 1600 only showing up as 1500 Mhz and G Skil Trident Z 3200 Mhz ram showing 1000 Mhz

New Build, Msi B350 Tomahawk board. Not sure how to fix this. Changed XMP Setting for ram to 3200 and enabled game boost for cpu to clock at 3.6 ghz. Any help is appreciated.
