This file was scanned with Windows Defender and no threat was found. It was run and the UAC popup was accepted. A dialog box with Russian text popped up and it was then closed by the user. File was then deleted.
Rkill/Windows Defender/MWB found nothing afterwards with full scans.
Is it safe to assume there's no problem? Bit worried because it was uploaded within the past week. Is it possible for example that MWB detects a threat in the file itself, but is missing something it did to the system?
What should be the next step here, besides a fresh windows install?
