PC shuts down half a second after starting up.

My Old CPU Casing has a defective Power and Reset Button, so i figured it was time to change my Casing.

After swapping my casing today, i can't switch it back on. After pressing the pwr start button, it starts the fans and LEDs for half a second before everything powers down.

I merely shifted from one casing to another, the only hardware change is the 120mm Casing Fan which is still the same size.

I have tried, Reseating my Ram, GPU, HDD, SSD, LEDs, all of which didnt work. Subsequently, in an attempt to identify faulty hardware, i tried turning on with only a Motherboard, CPU, PSU with no avail.

Anymore options i can try?
