Every game i play is fine with a stable 17-22ms but league of legends. I have ran a traceroute, reset and reconfig my router, reset ARP cache and i've tested it with other servers in the same location and it's fine. For some reason the LoL server takes a different route which is causing the lag. This is my tracert (windows 10) to Riot OCE server:
