I need a Chinese IP with stable connection and a killswitch function for a android emulator

Hello,

as title says, I need a Chinese IP with stable connection and a killswitch function for a android emulator (MOMO Emulator) since I need to access certain things with a chinese IP. Does anyone have an idea how to do it the most effective way, it's very important that killswitch works and connection is stable. it can be a little bit slow tho
