Crashes. Please help to detect problem.

Can anyone help me to detect what is wrong with my hardware? Almost all games crashes after 1 hour of playing. Fortnite even more regular (~20 mins).

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
