Here are five easy ways Google tools can help you make plans, explore, and create memories at the state fair. by Claire Herrin via News from Google
So I just finished assembling my new PC, and upon trying to start it my ez LED error panel lights up for cpu and dram. I removed the RAM sticks and tried them one by one in the same dimm slot. As it turns out, with one stick I am able to boot up and go into BIOS. However when I try running the other stick by itself the pc keeps rebooting and over and over without even running diagnostic on the ez led error panel. My question is simple, is this enough proof that one of the sticks is faulty since it just constantly restarts the system without even fully powering up?
