fell on bootloop with xprivacy

Is there any way with adb commands to revesve changes done with privacy? I have a Linage OS with TWRP Recovery . My phone wont boot stucked at "Starting applications" , somethimes i get on lockscreen but there it freezes after the screen goes black and i cant unlock it with unlock button) . any ideas?
