K button not working on new keyboard

I just got a mechanical keyboard (corsair k63) for Christmas, and it worked perfectly for about a week. One day the K button suddenly stopped working on my gaming PC. I plugged my mechanical keyboard into my laptop and the K button worked fine on that. I have he corsair software installed, but I think it has something to do with the drivers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Where can i download the updated driver? Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
