On restart PC is requiring that I setup BIOS. I have to manually select my Boot Drive every time. Is there a Fix?

I have a Z170 Pro Gaming Motherboard. It is requiring that I manually select the boot drive every time when it posts. I have done some research, but have been unable to remedy the situation myself. Anyone have any suggestions?
