Where can I find the .cap file to update BIOS firmware?

I downloaded the BIOS firmware from ASUS website: http://ift.tt/2zTPnEJ

Now I unzipped it and there's lots of .exe files and no .cap file I can use to actually update my BIOS. Where can I find it, I'm on Ubuntu so I cannot run the .exe files
