Skype Screen Sharing between 2 PC's

Hi guys,

We have a conference room with a desktop that's linked to a 75" TV, this is the TV and Desktop we use for our Skype Conferences.

I hope this bit makes sense, is there a way to be able to Link this desktop or something with a Laptop, as we would like to be able to share screens of a Laptop to this TV while on call on skype with the Desktop PC?

Are there any products or programs that will allow for us? They'll all be on the same network if that's of any use.
