New graphics card, computer won't boot.

Hi guys, so I recently got myself an EVGA GeForce GTX1070 ACX3.0 8GB SC graphics card, but it keeps getting stuck on the boot screen. I can't get into the bios menu either.

Computer works fine when I connect using my old EVGA GeForce GTX660Ti though, can get into the bios menu and everything.

So far I've tried clearing CMOS/BIOS and uninstalling old graphics card driver, neither of which did much.

Is there anything else worth trying before I consider upgrading other parts? Current motherboard is Gigabyte h77-d3h and PSU is 600W.
