I'm having problems getting my cctv video displaying in more rooms than the 1st. Using video through ethernet method.

The 2 bedrooms are the ones where I'm not getting video on the monitors. The living room monitor is fine, it shows video. I'm confused on why the others aren't working. Maybe I have something crossed/wrong, or I'm missing a key part in this setup. Any help would be great!

I have a 8 port 1Gbps Network Switch than I'm wanting to run everything through. I've run ethernet cables from the switch to an adapter in the bedrooms where I'm wanting to install the monitors. here is the adapter.
I also have a ethenet cable from the switch to the living room router which runs to the NVR for internet access so I can view on my phone while I'm at work if needed.
