How do I boot into DVD/CD without BIOS? I cannot press F2/DEL when windows start

Something is messed about about my current mobo/cpu which I am trying to replace right now. I want to boot into DBAN from my CD/DVD so I can wipe the harddrive before I install a new mobo/cpu
