Google Account disabled, can't access YouTube even after it has been enabled

My Google account was disabled a few weeks ago. Then it was enabled. But, I still can't access YouTube - if I log in through that account on YT, I get this: https://imgur.com/a/b5cpV

I can access Gmail and Google Plus, but I'm locked out of YouTube. I contacted Google, but I'm not sure whether I should expect any move from them. What should I do?

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
