HDD dying?

A week ago my PSU blew and fried my mobo and my cpu. My hdds seems to be fine except one. One drive whenever I right to it for a few minutes seems to stop working. Not the normal i/o error, but its something I have never seen before. Basically all the files on the drive just disappear. The folders are all still there exactly how I had them, but the files go poof. The space on the drive still registers as being correct just with a bunch of empty folders.

Has anyone seen this before?
