My girlfriend has a basic laptop with only a 25GB SSD. This leaves very little space, is there any way to shrink windows install or move certain items/folders to an SD card?

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
