I don't get it. when I stress test my cpu with prime, the max temp I'm getting is 60. but, when gaming. I'm getting temps up to 76 degrees. is this normal? I'm using dell inspiron 7559 i7 6700hq 2.5ghz (intel speed step disabled) 8gb RAM Nvidia gtx 960m
