http://ift.tt/2iuiXOu I just got this phone yesterday and I have noticed that this blue pixel pattern appears over most light colours in any app. I notice it on app icons, in YouTube videos, on photos etc, and it is not due to an oleophobic layer on the display or due to the colour simply being present in the photo as I tested on other devices and it looks fine: http://ift.tt/2AuhpuW.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue

Tried same image on separate devices, tested different colours, tested different apps. Same results. Goes away if the image is tinted slightly but brightness appears to have no impact.

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue

Tried to adjust display settings but there are no settings to change that help. Contacted Essential support and am awaiting a response.
