Firefox 57, noscript addon forces maximized window to windowed mode

Here is a demonstration. This is in FireFox 57 Noscript 10.1.3

Things I've done:

• Removed the addon and closed Firefox, reinstalled addon
• Uninstalled FireFox removed profile data and reinstalled.
• Recently had to re-isntall the OS, so this OS install is ~15 hours old.

Other things to note:

When the maximized window goes into windowed mode and I set a site to be trusted the settings do not save after restarting the browser.
