main monitor 1080p and 2k 2nd monitor. Windows 7, need proper wallpaper.

Title. My 2nd monitor wallpaper has huge blackbars. Also tried to photoshop a pic but no luck there....

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
