After Fall Creator's Update, I Can't Login w/ Local Account

OS: Windows 10 Home
It's against the rules of this sub to offer rewards, but I'll upload some cool wallpapers if anyone's interested.
Before the Fall Creator's Update (yesterday), all was fine with my PC. After updating, nothing bad happened immediately. It wasn't until the next day (today) that I experienced the worst error I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I was locked out of my computer. And it was put into an infinite cycle of reboots, as well as (sometimes) a troubleshooting screen.
I did a lot of Googling, and the closest thing I found is this: http://ift.tt/2lsEd81 only their problem is not quite as bad as mine, because at least they can still USE THEIR PC. I'll attempt to keep this post as visually pleasing as possible.
Here's what happens when I start my PC:
1) Shows GIGABYTE logo
2) Black screen with white blinking cursor (kind of like command prompt, ya know what I'm talking about?) (nothing about this is unusual so far)
3) Loading with spinning circle of dots and Windows logo
4) IMMEDIATELY brought to a bright pink screen, BEFORE being given the chance to log into my account (it should be noted that pink is my selected accent color for the taskbar and pins) with the following text: "The username or password is incorrect". That's ALL that is displayed. Just a short, simple sentence with no details and nothing to click besides a single button below that says "OK".
5) I hit ENTER on my keyboard
6) Nothing happens; the keyboard doesn't work
7) Try to click "OK"; the mouse doesn't work, either (I'm using a cheap $12 bluetooth keyboard and mouse)
8) Wait
9) PC reboots a couple times; showing the same pink screen over and over; I can't do anything but watch as it does this
10) Eventually, the PC displays a BLUE screen with some options; these are the options:
Continue Exit and continue to Windows 10
Troubleshoot Reset your PC or see advanced options
Turn off your PC
11) I tried the Continue option; it just brought me to the pink screen again
12) I tried the Turn off your PC option; of course I didn't expect that to work
13) I tried the Troubleshoot option; more options were displayed after that; the first thing I tried was the Startup Repair option
14) It didn't help
15) System restore didn't work either; really starting to panic at this point
16) I went to the Microsoft support page and in the chat the person said to go to Startup Settings and enable Safe Mode with Networking
17) Brought me back to the pink screen; only THIS time... my keyboard and mouse actually worked
18) I clicked "OK" and it brought me to the Windows 10 login screen; the resolution was really low and the colors were a bit off, but I was relieved nonetheless
19) There wasn't much to do now besides reboot and hope to god that it was fixed; worst case scenario, I at least knew how to log into my PC now
20) Still pink screen
21) Get back after a long day of celebrating Thanksgiving with family; turn on my PC; it magically fixed itself
22) Aw shit, awesome!! Time to reboot and hope to god AGAIN
23) Lol no it's fucked again
24) I try command prompt; I use the "sfc/scannow" command and it fails to do anything helpful
25) I read an article that said the Fall Creator's update has a new shit "feature" called "Improved Boot Up Experience"; my ass
26) It HAS to be this feature that's fucking with my login screen; I can't imagine what else it could be besides malware, but I don't download sketchy software from bullshit websites
27) I finally decide "fuck this, I'm ready to end this by any means necessary"; I go back to the Troubleshoot section of the advanced boot options and select the "Go back to the previous build" option (I now realize I should've done this a lot sooner, but I like to be on the most updated version of things)
28) FIXED... For now...
29) Literally AS I WAS TYPING THIS, Windows froze and I was forced to- once again, reboot my PC; it installed the Fall Creator's Update again
And this is where I'm currently at. Please for the love of god, someone help me. If you can offer any tips or preferably solutions that will PREVENT THE PINK SCREEN, I will be so grateful.
