Will this laptop output the right resolution?

I need to get a cheap computer solely for the job of playing visuals through a projector in a nightclub. The visuals are made to an existing mapping that is 1280x800. So what i need to know is if this computer will change its output to fit the projectors 1280x800 res or if it will just send its native resolution?

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
