Google Chrome suddenly no longer opening.

hi there, Google Chrome isn't opening for some reason.

I'm using Windows 10. I shut down for the night (no updates happened) and when I logged in this morning and double clicked Google Chrome, it shows me the loading wheel, which then disappears and the program doesn't open.

I've reinstalled Chrome and still have the same problem.

Any help much appreciated.

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
