Switched cable providers; now "no Internet access" on all devices
I managed to switch off of Comcast yesterday and got new service installed, and everything went as planned until my technician was told that there were no available IP addresses to assign to my router. I was told to call if it wasn't resolved by today, so I did. I was told the previous issue has been resolved (based on the indicators on the modem, I tend to agree), so my lack of internet access should be due to something else.
What could be causing all of my devices to suddenly have an issue getting information from the same modem/router that has an apparently healthy connection?
