My mom is receiving spam e-mail but when I look at the sender it says my mom send it to herself?

So my mom asked me for help because she says she received like 20 spam e-mails in 30 minutes. So usually since i'm the teen of my family I do all the tech stuff but I don't really get this one so I need some help.

So the e-mails my mom has been receiving sound like something you'd see on a porn site, you know the usual stuff like: this pill makes you last for 10 hours. Gmail says that the sender is x@gmail.com if x is my moms address. It has been sent to many other addresses like:

noreply@travellstore.com subsys@nytimes.com hallo@webwiz.com x@salesforce.com(X is my moms address but instead of @ gmail it's @salesforce.com)
mostafa6863@aol.com jonykrash@gmx.com

My mom doesn't have any suspicious apps on her phone unless you count wish.com. I think my mom entered her e-mail on some shady site and that's why this is happening.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't think it's dangerous but I want it to stop.

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
