ManChild Brother Locked Everyone Out Of Router But Himself

My brother has locked everyone but himself out of being able to use the wifi and I need help finding out how to fix the issue. This has happened two times before and both times we reset the gateway and everyone was able to use the wifi again, then a week later everyone but my brother gets an "authentication error" when putting in the right password while my brother is casually playing MLP fighting games (kill me) and buying furry art (I'm begging you, kill me) on his computer with no problem. Like I said earlier when we put in the correct password it says authentication error but I am able to get to the router setup with a wired computer and it says the password is the same as what we are trying. I believe he's activated some sort of access control or wps but every "solution" I've found doesn't work or isn't there for my router.

We have an AT&T Netgear router (I know AT&T sucks but we aren't in range of other services) Style:GADSL And if it helps the Config site is https:/192.168.1.254

I know I can just reset the gateway again but I thought it'd be easier to just reverse what he done if I can find out how, or be able to call him out and make him stop without saying "But the passwords the same"

I'd love all the help I can get and thank you in advance :)
