A unique but annoying problem: my mouse has reassigned its right and left click keys to scroll.

I've been away for two days, the mouse was working fine when I left and hasn't been used while I was away. I can do almost nothing on the computer as there's no way of clicking things.

I have tried using tab and enter to launch things but I'm hitting walls where programs need you to have a mouse. For example; I tried to reinstall the razr synapse, however once launched the synapse doesn't let you use tab or enter to navigate, similarly the recommendation from Microsoft was to install intellipoint but it doesn't let you use tab to reach the 'I agree to the terms and conditions' box once open.

Can anyone help? Baring in mind that I'm unable to click anything

Can't delete .ttf files.

The files names are, "gtaweap3.ttf" and "sampaux3.ttf". I have tried some other solutions on google and stuff but none of them are working. I've gone into the registry and none of that worked and went into the fonts folder and unticked "Details pane", but none works. When I try deleting the files it says the file is open in system.
